Inspirational Life Story of Sir, Alexander Fleming & Winston Churchill

ब्रिटेन के स्कॉटलैंड में फ्लेमिंग नाम का एक गरीब किसान था। एक दिन वह अपने खेत पर काम कर रहा था। अचानक पास से उसे किसी के चीखने की आवाज सुनाई पड़ी। किसान ने अपना साजो सामान व औजार फेंका और तेजी से आवाज की तरफ लपका।

There was a poor farmer named Fleming, in Scotland, Britain. One day he was working on his farm. Suddenly he was heard by someone screaming. The farmer threw his equipment and tools and hurried towards the sound.

आवाज की दिशा में जाने पर उसने देखा कि एक बच्चा दलदल में डूब रहा था। वह बालक कमर तक कीचड़ में फंसा हुआ बाहर निकलने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहा था। वह डर के मारे बुरी तरह कांप पर रहा था और चिल्ला रहा था।

On going in the direction of the voice, he saw that a child was drowning in the swamp. The boy got stuck in the mud until Waist, was struggling to get out. He was trembling and screaming in fear.

किसान ने आनन-फानन में लंबी टहनी ढूंढी। अपनी जान पर खेलकर, उस टहनी के सहारे बच्चे को बाहर निकाला।अगले दिन उस किसान की छोटी सी झोपड़ी के सामने एक शानदार गाड़ी आकर खड़ी हुई। उसमें से कीमती वस्त्र पहने हुए एक सज्जन उतरे।

The farmer quickly found a long branch. Playing on his life, he took the child out with the help of that branch. The next day a magnificent carriage stood in front of the small hut of that farmer. A gentleman wearing precious clothes descended from it.

उन्होंने किसान को अपना परिचय देते हुए कहा- "मैं उस बालक का पिता हूं और मेरा नाम राँडॉल्फ चर्चिल है।"

He introduced himself to the farmer and said-“ I am the father of that boy and my name is Randolph Churchill.”

उस अमीर राँडाल्फ चर्चिल ने कहा कि वह इस एहसान का बदला चुकाने आए हैं।

The rich Randolph Churchill said that he had come to avenge this favor.

फ्लेमिंग नाम के उस किसान ने उस सज्जन के ऑफर को ठुकरा दिया।

 That farmer named Fleming turned down that gentleman's offer.

उसने कहा, "मैंने जो कुछ किया उसके बदले में कोई पैसा नहीं लूंगा क्योंकि किसी को बचाना मेरा कर्तव्य है, मानवता है, इंसानियत है और मानवता एवं इंसानियत का कोई मोल नहीं होता।"

He said, “I will not take any money in return for what I have done because it is my duty to save someone, humanity, and humanity has no value. "

 इसी बीच फ्लेमिंग का बेटा झोपड़ी के दरवाजे पर आया। उस अमीर सज्जन की नजर अचानक उस पर गई तो उसे एक विचार सूझा। उसने पूछा - "क्या यह आपका बेटा है ?"

Meanwhile, Fleming's son came to the hut door. When that rich gentleman suddenly caught sight of him, he got an idea. He asked-“ Is this your son?”

किसान ने गर्व से कहा- "हां यह मेरा बेटा है !"

The farmer said proudly-“ yes this is my son!”

उस व्यक्ति ने अब नए सिरे से बात शुरू करते हुए किसान से कहा- "ठीक है अगर आपको मेरी बात और क़ीमत की पेशकश मंजूर नहीं है तो ऐसा करते हैं कि आपके बेटे की शिक्षा का भार मैं अपने ऊपर लेता हूं। मैं उसे उसी स्तर की शिक्षा दिलवाने की व्यवस्था करूंगा जो अपने बेटे को दिलवा रहा हूं। इससे आपका बेटा आगे चलकर एक ऐसा इंसान बनेगा, जिस पर हम दोनों गर्व महसूस करेंगे।"

The man now started talking afresh and told the farmer-“ Ok if you don't approve of my offer and price then do it that i bear the burden of your son's education. I will arrange to get him the same level of education, that getting my son. This will make your son such a person later, which we will both be proud of.

किसान ने सोचा "मैं तो अपने पुत्र को उच्च शिक्षा दिला नहीं पाऊंगा और ना ही सारी सुविधाएं जुटा पाऊंगा, जिससे कि यह आगे चलकर बड़ा आदमी बन सके। बहुत सोच समझ कर उसने आखिरकार उस अमीर आदमी के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकार कर लिया।"

Farmer thought -“ I will not be able to get my son higher education nor will I get all the facilities, so that it can become big man later. After much thought, he finally accepted the offer of that rich man.

बच्चे के भविष्य की खातिर फ्लेमिंग तैयार हो गया। अब फ्लेमिंग के बेटे को सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्कूल में पढ़ने का मौका मिला।

Fleming agreed to the child's future. Now Fleming's son got a chance to study in the best school.

आगे बढ़ते हुए उसने लंदन के प्रतिष्ठित सेंट मेरीज मेडिकल स्कूल से स्नातक की डिग्री हासिल की। किसान का यही बेटा पूरी दुनिया में "पेनिसिलिन" का आविष्कारक, महान वैज्ञानिक सर अलेक्जेंडर फ्लेमिंग के नाम से विख्यात हुआ।

He went on to earn a bachelor's degree from the prestigious St Mary's Medical School in London. This son of farmer in the whole world, Inventor of "penicillin" The great scientist became known as Sir Alexander Fleming.

लेकिन, यह कहानी यहीं खत्म नहीं होती ! कुछ वर्षों बाद, उस अमीर के बेटे को निमोनिया हो गया। और उसकी जान पेनिसिलीन के इंजेक्शन से ही बची।

But, this story does not end here! a few years later the son of that rich got pneumonia. And his life survived with the injection of penicillin.

उस अमीर राँडाल्फ चर्चिल के बेटे का नाम था-" विंस्टन चर्चिल, जो आगे चलकर दो बार ब्रिटेन के प्रधानमंत्री रहे !

The son of that rich Randolph Churchill was named-“ Winston Churchill, who went on to be the Prime Minister of Britain twice!

हैं न आश्चर्यजनक संजोग ?

इसलिए ही कहते हैं कि व्यक्ति को हमेशा अच्छे काम करते रहना चाहिए......क्योंकि आपका किया हुआ काम आखिरकार लौटकर आपके ही पास आता है ! यानी अच्छाई पलट-पलट कर आती रहती है ! यकीन मानिए, मानवता की दिशा में उठाया गया प्रत्येक कदम, आपकी  स्वयं की चिंताओं को कम करने में मील का पत्थर साबित होता है।

That's why it is said that one should always do good things … because your work finally comes back to you!  that is to say good keeps coming back again and again. Believe me, every step taken towards humanity proves to be a milestone in reducing your own worries.

 

सारांश: कुँए में उतरने के बाद बाल्टी झुकती है लेकिन झुकने के बाद,भर कर ही बाहर निकलती है। यहीं जिन्दगी जीने का सार है। जीवन भी कुछ ऐसा ही है, जो झुकता है वो अवश्य, कुछ न कुछ लेकर ही उठता है।
